Paralegal

Max Lavinthal works primarily on the firm’s labor and employment cases involving unlawful discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.

Max received his Bachelor of Science from Central Washington University, and later attended UCLA Extension earning his Paralegal Certificate with Distinction.

Since graduating from college, Max has worked in a wide variety of Civil Litigation cases ranging from Labor and Employment, Business Litigation, Real Estate, Creditor’s Rights, and Aviation Law.

Max grew up in Seattle and lived in Los Angeles for six years before moving to Atlanta. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Atlanta, spending time with his dog, and he is a big sports fan.
